Is now the time to buy?
The sub prime mess has led to a glut of unsold homes in the market. Builders in under stress to sell these homes and some existing home owners have found themselves in a bit of a pickle with their homes. That means that there are some good deals out there if you look hard enough. But with house values falling in some areas and growing at a rate slower than other investments is now the time to buy?
I say yes if you're going to stay in the house for 5-10 years or if you're looking for a property for rent.
